Welcome to Fruit West, the representative body for all Apple, Pear, Citrus and Stone fruit producers in Western Australia. Fruit West is a Producer Committee of the Agricultural Produce Commission (APC). We aim to assist our members through a variety of services that we are enabled to provide under the ‘Agricultural Produce Commission Act 1988’. Through these services Fruit West strives to add value to each grower and industry it represents.

This site is designed to deliver to our members the latest news from Fruit West, associated organisations and information specific to each commodity.

Our ‘Member Resources’ page is exclusively for members and is designed to benefit users through latest announcements, online newsletters, magazine articles and programs that assist growers with the functioning of their independent businesses.

In the interest of maintaining a consistent brand and visual identity all parties wishing to use the Fruit West logo for any reason must download our Style Guide.

Within this guide you will find conditions and instructions for the use of the Fruit West logo as well as the Approval Form that is required to be filled out and signed by a Fruit West staff member before you may proceed.

Attention Citrus Growers!

Helen Ramsey from the Department of Agriculture and Food WA has prepared the below document as a guide for Fertcare accredited advisors who are making phospherous recommendations to the citrus industry in the Fertiliser Action Plan area.

Helen is seeking grower input in regards to this policy and would appreciate any feedback or comments before the end of July. Comment on the Warren Donnelly Water Allocation Plan is now open until 5pm on the 6th of September 2010.

As this plan will directly impact all growers within the Manjimup and Pemberton regions we invite these growers to attend a meeting on the 1st July to discuss, as an industry, what combined comment we wish to make.
